Dextrose Postworkout?

I've read many different ideas on how many grams to consume postworkout, anyone have a site or article that has some more info on it. I've seen a range from 25 grams to 100 grams. I take 2 scoops of ON 100 % Whey, but I'm guessing on the dextrose, is body weight a factor, I'm not on any gear or anything BTW. Karma for any help.
 
I use Aftermax, It has 40 dextrose and 40 protien and 5 creatine. Its great. Many guys reccomend 2 dextrose for every protein, but i do not like that, as i am carbophobic. I think that is for a bulking diet, which I will never do again in my life.
 
opinion varies on this, and the amount needed depends on the individual.

most shoot for 50 - 100g.
 
try different amounts and see what works for you. in fact only minimal amount of insulin is necessary to blunt cortisol and shuttle aminos (best be petides/hydrolysate whey, otherwise looking at premature spike). As for replenishing glycogen stores I'd rather consume low GI carbs an hour later if I consume carbs at all :o
