Dextrose help please

my protein (25g) is mixed with 125ml of milk so it says on the label so how much dextrose should i add if i weigh in at 199lbs and 6ft

I have always used 75-100 grams post workout

i only add in 20-30g PostWO of dextrsoe with 30-40g whey and 3g creatine.

the dextrose i have seen is glucose with vitamin c from holland and barretts is that what im lookin for or is there another 1
