Dextrose and Nutrient Ratios

i've been seeing a lot of threads that have ppl taking like 40grams of dextrose PW, isnt that a bit low? I always thought that 60-70grams was the minimum post workout, or is the 40grams just for cutting? thanks!

how many carbs do most of you take in when bulking? and what you ratio of nutrients?

Well, that all depens on your daily ratios: most people stick to a basic diet, 40%p/30%c/30%f, and it usually turns out at around 30-40g dextrose PW. It's usually for cutting, but depending on your weight you can use that for bulking.

I usually take in about 30%carbs when bulking, but that all varies, sometimes more/less.
