dextose postworkout

Ok, dumb question, just want to be sure.. Lately I have been messing with my carbs jsut to find the piont were I may start to put on fat. So far, 150grams are working well. I am counting the 75 grams of dextrose postworkout in that 150. This is right......right?
 
I'm not going to disagree w/ you 6pack, but I don't count them as after post workout. Post workout is the only time you should really have this type shake, and all you're really doing is refilling muscle glycogen. So you're just refilling what you lost through the workout. You're not going to excess amounts. Just another opinion, b/c I don't count them.

You're right about it refilling the muscle glycogen, and I agree with you, it's just one's preference to count them or not.

From my personal experience, yes. Been using it for about 1 month, and my strength is at the highest it has ever been since I've started taking it post workout and my body fat is dropping at a quick pace. It's pretty hard to drop body fat (especially when it's already low) and continue to gain strength and muscle size at the same time.. I've never really been able to cut and gain strength at the same time until I started taking 65g of dextrose post workout. I have tried other stuff too, and I find this is by far the best for me. But if anybody has any other suggestions on what may be good that I haven't tried, I'm open to try new stuff.
 
You can use either Dextrose or Maltodextrin, Maltodextrin is overpriced and worth the extra cost. You can get dextrose for about $1/pound in many places. I prefer dextrose, and like 6pack said I've noticed the difference as well.
 
BeachBombHottie...post workout take about 35 grams of dextrose with 10-15 grams of whey. then eat a meal of real food about 1-1.5 hours after that.
