Had a chance to talk to him today and asked him about his training.. On Tuesday he works chest,back.. Thuresday Legs... Friday Shoulders bis/tris.
The man is huge but I just dont feel he has the intensity to be a pro. When watching him lift its almost like hes not trying to get any bigger but maintain. He does this year round..
I must add though he is strong. Example 405 bench no spot for 12 slow!!
