developing abs

Ive been trying hard to develop ripped abs.Doing sit ups heaps of ab exercises drinkg protein shakes and tis is all i get??
 
What's 'tis'?

Abs are made in the kitchen. Everyone has abs, you just have to diet to lose the fat that's covering them. Training them might make them a bit more pronounced, but you still need to remove the fat before you can see them.

Diet and cardio.
 
i dont see anything but diet is key.. .. if your diet is bad no ab mister
 
if you want to see your abs, you can't rely on exercises. spot reduction is an age old myth. clean up your diet and increase your calorie expenditure, that will help you drop the bodyfat covering your abs.
 
I do sit-ups on a decline board at a 45 degree angle with a 25 pounder on my chest. First set is for 20 and the last two sets are for 15 reps. I've got a decent looking six pack, but my body fat is also at 6.7% which certainly helps.
