Designing a temporary 2x/week workout PLEASE DELETE
Due to work, I will be travelling to a desolate area for about 2 months with no gym. This would seem like a good opportunity to cut, except for the fact I will be working 12+ hours daily and need at least maintenance calories. If you only had two days to lift (consecutive - Saturday and Sunday), how would you do it? I am thinking a 5x5 of:
Push Day
Military press
Bench or Incline
Squat
Dips
Maybe add a tricep isolator
Pull Day
Deads
SL Deads
Pendlay rows
bicep isolator
