Dermatherm

ok, so I got a dermatherm test package. Those that know me on this board know that I'm not a bullshitter and that I'll pretty much tell it like it is. I started using the product a week ago and I was the most skeptical probably of the testers. My first reaction was, "damn, this shit burns like hell and makes a big mess". The burning sensation lasted for about 30 minutes the first time I used it, a little less the second time and barely at all by the third. It's still a bit messy just do to the amount of liquid you need to use. It smells like cinnamon to me so that's not too bad. Now as for results. I started out fairly lean but withing a week I can see a difference in the mirror. I'm not sure yet if the product is actually burning fat and am still skeptical about the fat burning possibilities of a topical - but I "look" better and leaner somy doubt is diminishing. I'm telling you, the effects are noticable without a doubt. At this point my evaluation would be that if I had paid for this product I would be happy with the effects at this stage. That's a rare statement for me. I'll keep you updated and post some pics in another week.

Were you holding any water at all? Bloat? Just wondering if it's possible that it has any diuretic effect also.

Man, I don't know. Maybe. But if you check my pics (which are pretty recent) it doesn't look like I'm holding much if any water. maybe this stuff just tightens your skin, I don't know yet and haven't used it long enough to conclude anything. But, I do look leaner.

Is this a YES type product where you apply to fatty areas.

It's not an area specific topical if that's what your asking. PP has said in some other threads that it's a systematic supplement, the ingredients just absorb better topically.

looks like another good product. Perfect for coming off T3 or just to use by itself. I'll find out for myself.........

No, in fact Dermatherm is likely to cause you to hold more water during its use because of the rise in body temp. Most testers are noticing they actually gain a lb or two in the first couple weeks… but this could also be from the amount of 7-keto in the formula, which seems to have such a powerful anti-catabolic effect that it may even be slightly anabolic. That is, you may actually gain a little muscle as you burn fat since 7-keto has such a strong effect at countering cortisol.

just the highlighted effects above are worth it to me..

ok, I've been running dermatherm for 2 weeks now and any doubt I had is pretty much gone. I'm doing everything exactly the same as before I started diet/cardio/gear wise and there is no doubt at all that I look leaner. It's still a pain to use, very messy because you have to put so much on and spread it so quickly but the benefit is worth it. Absolutely my skin feels tighter and my BF% is down. I was 11.3% when I started out and I am going to check again today (the 2 week mark). I'll post tonight with results.

Sweet! Curious... how do you get your BF measured?

I'm using a caliper method. Not totally accurate but I think if done correctly the progress is accurate. I feel like I'm probably sub 10% right now but barely. I'll post pics at the end of week 3. My goal is 7% by July so we'll see how it goes.

When you say messy, do you think its too thin? The color? Something else?

I don't know that it is too thin as much as it is that you have to spread it all over your body. i'm not sure that the application could be easier even if it was thicker. But, it's not such a pain that i would stop using the product becauste the shit works plain and simple.

Ok bro... thanks for keepin a good log.

ok, after three weeks I am down to 9.1%. I look leaner than that although I do have some water retention. If the fat loss is real and permanent I am going to be very happy when I shed the water. I'm definitely tighter and my workout buddies that are total skeptics are starting to believe. I'm still not sure how this stuff works but the mirror doesn't lie. I'll keep you posted.

my primary question has to do with the method of application. if you choose to apply it over a smaller portion of your body (upper body, for example), will that reduce the absorption in your system? i really don't want to slather this shit on everywhere, especially if hair has to be removed. legs, for instance...i don't see myself shaving my legs so i can apply 2-4 pumps most effectively (most guys probably have leg hair which is thick enough to fuck with the application process somewhat).

and if i can get 2.5-3 weeks out of a bottle (for my size), that should be good enough to see a substantial benefit, right?

btw, i started this yesterday...3 pumps on my chest/abdomen just to see what effect it would have. then 8 this morning: chest/abs/shoulders/arms/back/lower leg.

Jackangel,

If the calves are the hairiest area on your body, then I guess you could avoid that area, but be sure to slather on everywhere else and get the full dose according to your weight.

A little hair is fine, and most guys probably don’t have enough hair covering there bodies to really hurt absorption.

Be persistent with this stuff. I mailed out two bottles to all testers just to give them a fair run on the product… as it may be hard to tell the product is working in just the first couple weeks. It’s the 3 and 4 week which seem to give the most noticable results…

It's thin, but dries quickly, not sure i would want to use it too much in the winter time, might make me a little chilled, but then again, if it keeps going like this, i will use it in the winter time pre cruise, or beach vacation..

great stuff...

ugh, does that mean i have to buy another bottle? should have got 2 and saved on the shipping. hell, i should have pre-ordered before 6/1 and gotten free shipping.

as for the calves, no, they're not especially hairy, but the thighs have more hair than anywhere else on my legs (assume this is true for most). i suppose i could trim down whatever areas i want to just once or twice, and that should be good enough for 2-4 weeks of application.

Yeah, I would use at least 2 bottles.

You got the $10 of code right? MVC10

Ya man, I'm a pretty hairy mofo, and it wasn't a prob for me. I have the GF shave my shoulders and back, but I don't shave anywhere else, and I think I get pretty good absorption, I did with dermacrine for sure and it's gotta be pretty similar.

I hit my chest on dermacrine and i hit my legs on the sustain.......

i was planning on doing this with dermacrine and dermatherm. even though dermatherm is supposed to cover the entire body, i really like the dermacrine and want to see what the increased dhea in dermacrine combined with the 7-keto dhea and anti-catabolic effects of dermatherm can do.

truckdaddy said:
how much DHEA is in the therm? Same as the regular version?

its a different type of dhea. dermacrine has dhea, while the dermatherm has 7-keto dhea. dhea can convert to testosterone. 7-keto cant, but has thermogenic properties

ok, just finished my second month and I am very impressed. I got used to the whole process of applying the dermatherm, and it does take getting used to because you really need to put this stuff on all over. End results are total BF (caliper mothod) 8.4% (started at 11.3%) and an overall much tighter look and feel. My abs are tighter and I really notice that my calves are tighter as well. I do feel like I'm holding a bit of water and as the bloat disappears, I think I'm really going to be happy with the progress. My opinion is that derma is not magic (but what is?) but is a very valuable component in the process of getting lean. I would personally pay for dermatherm which I can't say about any other topical fat burner. I'll post pics soon.

Anyone have an update coupon code? I see that there was 10 dollars off in the past...anyone know if there is any pro like that now? Also for one months supply does anyone know how many bottles I would need at 180lbs? Also I am on the peanut butter diet and I am doing cardio 5-6 times a week. I am currently probably at 20% bodyfat. Would this work for someone like me? I haven't been this fat my whole life and need to be cut by June 25th (my wedding in jamaica)...started working out a little over a week ago and I'm hoping I don't look like a piece of shit when that day comes!

Hey bro,

The new code is SPONSOR10 for 10% off.

One bottle of DermaTherm will last about 15-16 days for you.

You may want to consider a month of Dermacrine, and then a couple weeks of DermaTherm. Dermacrine is almost as powerful as a fatburner as DermaTherm, but it also helps with stength and recovery.
