Dermacrine sustain and weinner troubles

My buddy (its really a buddy, not me , started taking sustain 1 week ago and his willy isn't responding as usual to his girlfriends touch. He's taking 5-6 pumps a day. His cycle is tren/mast/test all enanthate esters for 7 weeks. Any help would be appreciated or any personal experiences would be great too.

That's weird man after about a week of sustain I would get wood even when I did not want it. I just did that same cycle with ace blends for 8 weeks and everything was fine here.
