Original Derma is better for quicker gains in strength, endurance, recovery time, ect.

Derma Sustain is better for PCT, sex drive, ejaculatory volume, ect.

This is also based on my personal experience… I will let other chime in.

Its the immediate conversion of DHEA to androgens that lends to the rapid build up of strength.

You could evenually notice just as good of results from sustain. It would just take longer for test levels to build up, because your relying on the natural androgen production from the testes to kick in.

oh, I get it.......original derma is almost like being on juice because it's not relying on your natural T production, but on the DHEA conversion. So sustain is really jacking up your "natural" T production?? Are end T levels equal in both or are the higher in the original? I have the sustain, and I think my balls may be shrinking slightly......any chance I got the original instead? The bottle does say sustain.....

you only need sustain for pct but fuck I am going to use reg for a wile then sustain...only because I love the reg so much and it worked very well for me....

Some guys don’t convert the DHEA to test that well, and most of it will just convert to other Andros… So in some cases the sustain will boost “testosterone” more than the original… since its simulating production from the testes rathan than relying on conversion via the skin/blood.

I doubt your balls are shrinking bro... I noticed the total opposite.

Original Dermacrine wont "shut you down", its just not ideal for PCT… that’s why we made the Sustain.
