im getting weaker in my chest/tricep (basically chest day is weaker)

im trying to get as much in before the season as possible because even tho i blow nuts istill gunna wrestle just cause i like it.

anyway, im doing 2 practices a week rpeseason adn this guy makes us do like 100 pushups a day, but the only ways i can get my lifting in is by lifting a day after practice.

so i did the pushups yesterday and then i did chest today, and im weaker and its depressing and i just cant really push myself that much...like i feel like im pushing hard when i am working out but then after i think damn i can do better...

what shal i do what SHAAAAL I DOOOOO

-oh well hopefully ill have a good 60 more years of lifting to reach my goals
 
seriously - that's the only attitude to take. we all have ups and downs in lifting, you just gotta keep on pressin and it will happen. you will be happy as GL in a steroid factory.

i try but when you dont have the energy to do what you used to its depressing cause then i know all that will happen is ill get smaller and smaller and weaker and weaker
 
How much weight do you have to suck? My little brother wrestled all through high school and had to compete 25 lbsbelow his already low weight. If you aren't eating you won't get stronger. My bro actually became bulemic for a while and it stunted his growth. Think about how important it is to you b/c it could affect you for the rest of your life. Same as misuse of aas. imo

yeah,

i suck and id rather quit than quit eating and starve myself...

if anything i just wont eat a "bulking ammount" (if what i eat can ven be called that, even tho i do try) and the cardio should be good enough.

also its so hard for me to go do cardio so being forced to do this wiould be my extended cutting period, and i just wrestle for the experience...ill still try and do some lifting at least 1 or 2 times a week (shooting for 3 even if we lift before/or after practice)
maybe ill coem bakc to lifting in march cut and ready to push it, get all my losses back in a couple of months then push even farther.


-and is the masturbation comment true?
