depression 7 weeks after cycle!!!!!READ

Ok just finnished my second cycle which looked like this..

Week 1-4
Dbol 30mg
Sus 750mg
Eq 600mg

Week 5-10
Sus 750mg
Eq 600mg

Liquidex was used eod throught cycle

Immediatly after cycle I started creatine and glutamine and keept my caloric intake high...

3 weeks after cycle did Clomid @ 300mg first day the 100mged and 50ed finally 50mg eod

Liquidex was used 1mg ed during clomid theorapy

This is my problem at least it seems to be a problem since I feel I have doen everything correct.

I started my cycle weighing 197. I ended my cycle weighing 227 @12% bf
7 weeks later still eating good consuming high amounts of protein but weighing 210 and I am sore after every workout.
I feel like I may still loos weight

Thanks for listening please tell me your thoughts
 
It seems to me that you post cycle "therapy" was very well done. I don't know if you could have done anything better to prevent a loss of muscle as far as your post cycle clomid therapy and timing.

Testosterone and dball will give you a good amount of water retention (even with the use of arimidex). The 17 pounds that you lost after your cycle might have been only water.

How do you feel? How is your strenght holding up?
 
Sounds like youve done everything right. In the past Ive typically dropped a lot of weight the months after a cycle even close to my original weight before but over time my weight would creep back up pretty close to the weight I was averaging while on. Ive lost 12 lbs since coming off about a month ago and have lost strength
but actually am pretty close to my cycle measurements. From the past I learned that I used to train to hard while off and it resulted in losing muscle, so now I try to take it more easy and be patient.
 
Net Gain of 13 lbs of muscle in 10 weeks is excellent, that is over a year of training for a natural weight trainer. Excellent post-cycle regiment.
 
Some suggestions...

Add proviron to your post cycle regiment. This will keep your androgen levels a little higher (without affecting your endocrine system) and might help a bit with keeping gains and reduce the crash.

Try out some "anabolics" only cycles (such as: eq-winny, primo-winny, eq-anavar). You might be able to keep more of what you gain.

Keeping your cycles to 8 weeks (at most) might be worth a try as well if you have recovery problems post cycle.

I also am a believer in using Proviron post cycle. It allow me to avoid most post cycle issues. Sex drive stay up, moods are great, and energy is great. Proviron in low doses will cause little to no suppression of the normal axis.
What does your current training look like? Are you conitinuing to workout as you did while on cycle? This can cause problems in some cases, as you are not able to recover as efficiently as when you are on cycle. Check your routine and time-off and make sure you are not overtraining??
Your post cycle regime did look good by the way!!
