Depressed from cycle!!! Help please

I am currently running 150mg eod day of tren acetate, 50 ed of winny, and 40mg ed of anavar, and 50mcg t3. I am on a very restricted diet...mainly just egg whites...rice..and shakes. Any input would be helpful, and suggestions as well. I have never felt like this, and it not making life very enjoyable.
 
I think plus the fact your on a restricted diet doesn't help. I presume that means with low carbs. Try eating carbs in the morning and stopping around 3 PM.
 
your natural test is completely shut down and you are not supplementing it with synthetic test. test effects many many things in your body, one of the main ones being your mood.

I would guess a lack of test and estrogen. Get some prop going and you should be fine.

This is correct! Test has many health functions for overall general health, including mood. Add some test. Your diet sounds shitty too. You eating veges and stuff? I take St. Johns Wort when I'm depressed. It takes a couple weeks to kick in, but well worth it. I love the stuff!
 
i did a tren only cycle. it was my first. had a hard on for days but couldn't release. wore the shit out of my girl. she still slept smiling!! did test next and had no problems, (except jumping her a few times a day when she was asleep!) Get test and get goin!

I have that stuff sitting on the cabinet how many times a day do you take it bro and how many mgs per day total?
 
It's the tren. It shuts you down so hard. Even if you get on test and it helps your depression right now, you may be just as bad when you come off. Get some HCG for post cycle therapy, clomid doesn't mesh well with depression.
 
Tren 100mg eod, and prop 200 eod. Take out the t3 and save it for your next cycle once you can control your test levels a little better. How much longer do you have on this cycle???

I am genetically prone to depression and find that as little as 250mg/week of test will work wonders for my disposition.

St. Johns wort effect per mg varies by the individual, 300mg three times a day (i.e. 900 total / day) is the most sommon dose. Studies have also shown that St. Johns Wort also amplifies the effects of blood thinning drugs like plavex etc. Side effects that have been reported from using St. John's Wort include:

* gastrointestinal discomfort, such as upset stomach
* allergic reactions
* fatigue
* restlessness
* increased sensitivity to sunlight (so, use a sunscreen while taking St. John's Wort)
* dry mouth
* confusion
* dizziness

I tried it before but it didnt do anything for me, I know others it has worked really well for though.
 
err... and to the bro who owns the thread, I think your problem is a combo of not having test and poor diet. I agree with the recommendation to add some tprop to get the testin you quick and you should really change up that diet. Add a multi-vitamin and get some more real lean food in your diet, how many shakes are you drinking a day? Any fruit/veggies etc.? Diet has a great impact on mood (and overall health) and I know alot of us set our goals without keeping this mind, your diet is unhealthy, it sounds like your trying to reach a goal too fast (cutting?). The body is a like machine and need the right ingreadients to function properly.

Bro's thank you so much for all the imput. I looked into some St. John's Wort befoer I started the thread..but a buddy of mine said to just start taking some flax oil, he said that should help. I'm going to start the test prop tomorrow. Drop the tren to 100mg eod sounds about right..along w/the prop 200 eod. And as far as the fruits/veggies...none of both. Most of you might not believe this..but I have never had a salad in my life. I'm not big on veggies.
So, here's the "getting out of depression" plan

1.Start test prop
2.Continue flax
3.Fruit juice after workouts
4.Start some "green food" capsules(the shitty smelling green junk-do not attempt the powder form of this!!!
5.Lower tren dosage
6.Hammer gf 3 x's a day
