when I drove back to OH from cali, I stayed in denver 2 nights......worked out at a tiny little plifting place. The guy who owns it is a decently famous plifter, if you follow plifting that is........not the kind of place I'd want a regular membership for.....it's got NO cardio equipment. But to go a couple times a month for some specific strength workouts you can't beat that place. Atmosphere is awesome........guys doing 700+ squats get the place going!...;-) Now....as for the name, I can't remember......but I found it in the phone book if that helps.....lol

JMO, I think the Bronco Cheerleaders still work out at 17th street fitness club.
Check out 20th street gym. It is a boxing gym and supposed to have a pretty sweet weight room as well.

Wish I could help out more... I have no idea about gyms downtown. All the ones I hit are down south.

That depends. I'm supposed to be in Wisconsin Friday through Tuesday. If we get another snowstorm on Friday, and I end up cancelling my flight AGAIN, hell yes I'm up for it!! Otherwise, I won't be here. Maybe the following weekend? I'll keep you updated if I am actually able to fly out on Friday or not.juiceddreadlocks said:
