He is looking solid as always, has really brought up his chest, wish his lower body matched, now don't get a pilgrim wrong, his lower body is in great shape but just slightly off in regards to his upper, this man has really changed totally, especially from a few years ago, yeah I know thats what is supposed to go down, but even his entire facial features have been altered. He told me his secret was cheque drops by the way. peace

OMFG!!! he looks awesome. 10 weeks out. hope he holds onto all that fullness while still losing the fat come contest time. the last week and few days are critical so even though he looks awesome now. he might screw it up!! hehe just messin with you bro. he looks good but come on, cheque drops as his secret. yes along with upping his dose 2fold and adding alot more insulin and GH into the mix. hehehe j/k or am i? well you would know better than i do anyway. Mike, I was just joking about the cheque drop comment. You know, Dennis is by far one of the most impressive pros in the OFFSEASON, however, come contest time he cannot maintain that fullness, only time will reveal. peace

I know what you mean about the fullness. He's posted on his website photos from offseason and dieting for the last few comps. In the pics he's awesome but when the show comes around something's is lost. I hope he takes the Arnold though, I bet the Thai's would find a Hummer driving thru the streets interesting.
