Ive used it before with another bunch of supplements for a two week cutting diet, Yes I did get great results but not sure how big a part the dandelion root played, but apparently those who use it swear by it
I'm going to take 3 (510mg) pills/3 times a day for the next two weeks.
I'm not taking an ECA stack or anything with it. I'll be drinking a minimum of 10 glasses of water a day. I'll be updating my progress as I go.
If anyone else has any experiences with Dandelion Root Extract...please post them here. What dosages did you take? Did you stack it with any other supps? Did it work for you?
