Broke out the chains and went today with a purpose, the weight I use was a little lighter than usualy but trying to get my groove back in the gym.

Military press about 20lbs of chain at top. 135x8 155x5x5; really hard to balance cause all the swaying, but felt good all reps touched clavicles

Closegrip Bench 135x5, 185x5x5 34lbs of chain at lockout, felt really good, speed was good and elbows were tight

Face-pulls 80lbs 3x12 :) fastly becoming one of my favorite excercises

Skullcrusher 20lbs each side 3x10, getting use to form on this one did not lock out; try to save my elbows.

Lateral raise 15lbs lifted smoothly past top of head and pause at the bottom.

Pushdowns 2x12 70lbs, great form but man these are hard on rusty cable.

OVerall it took me 40 minutes and I feel really good, the weight was light but my endurance is not up to standard. But I know the chains will help my performance immensly

i need to get some chains for adding to the bar, i only have chains i use for suspending and they are not nearly enough
 
I know the rusty piece you are working with all too well man.

You are definitely by en large walking the path of the warrior.

Continue and you will weild the sword.

Home depot- 2 six feet length chains 3/8 inch=24 bucks roughly 12 feet of rope=$1, 2 clips=2bucks, need more weight just wrap your chain around some plates, or tie them on.

Hammer- I will wield the sword or I will die trying.

This next comp I am not going to be beaten because someone wants it more.....

lateral raises=side I think the next comp I am shooting for is feb a little Boston tourny. Pretty much I am gonna be training balls to wall for this one. Got some crazy new excercises and working with a nutritionist, chiropractor, acupuncturist here. They all know my goals and are gonna try to help me progress and fix my weak links
