Took some Red bull and went crazy in the gym

Military press; babrell down to clavicles and full lockout on each rep. 195 x5, 195x5 (getting into the zone), 195 x 5 felt like nothing was on the bar, 195 x5 nice burn, 205x10 I felt like going up for shits and giggles and just kept doing rep after rep. My partner looked at me and was wondering WTF was going on..

Reverse flyes 45x10, 45x10 both sets done with no problem, nice squeeze at the top...

Close grip bench 265x5, 265 x5 this one was real tough, 265x5 some how I got into a better rhythm, 265 x5 nice and easy, and for more fun 275 x5 good form and no spot....

Pushdowns with 135 2 sets for 10 each...

All in all not a bad workout
 
You're not only strong, you've got some hellacious endurance to sustain that kind of high output.

Like I've said before, you've gotta be hell in the ring :)

Most of my endurance comes from sprinting and just wanting to do things right. You have a choice to dog it and wonder what if? or you can test yourself and get the rsults you worked for.....

I try to lmit some of my size gains, but it is not happening. I weigh now about 192, up from 181 on march 14.. alittle more fat but not too much. I would get a lot better results if i didn't work from 7pm-7am from 60-84 hours a week.. the routine is not easy but then again if it was easy everyone would do it.... You just ned to eat, train hard, and rest... Many tims people don't realize you are gona gain some fat when bulking and it's ok, it is too hard IMO to bulk while being under 10%....
 
I'm just gonna add weight nice and steady, ten lbs here and ten there;) ... I am jumping up at high rates as it is. It is recommended to only raise weight by5lbs or so.... I don't want to force my body to platuiea to early in this regiment:)
