ok i moaned before about painfull pumps, its gone from bad to worse and its from the pinning, i dont feel i overuse them , each delt once a week, but now i cant train delts at all, and is hampering my arm training, close grip bench is out of the question even barbell curls proving painfull, seems its formed lumps that are just taking forever to go away, even putting on a shirt is painfull.
any advice on getting them to heal quicker, i am even considering anti inflammeteries on certain training days to try at least get a session in ?
my pinning technique i believe is good, the oil is warmed up in my hand, all shots are taken after a hot bath ,then pre loaded , i pin, and inj slowly taking 20-30 sec per ml, (i only do 1-2 ml in delts) i then proceed to rub the site for at least 2 min after
