Delt still sore/swollen from friday injection. Infected?

I injected 1 cc of test cyp in my left delt. Its monday now and the site still is sore,s wollen and warm to the touch. It doesnt seem to be red at all but I cant tell because I went to the beach fri and got some sun.
This is the same site I used 5 days before friday and I think this may have somthing to do with it.
I used a new dart but Im thinking in my haste maybe the alcohol hadnt dried on the bottle top...

How red does an infection get?
Are there any other indicators?

Keep an eye on it. I don't think it's infected. sometimes you can hit a nerve or just have reaction to the gear itself. I just pinned some EO based gear in a virgin muscle and it has been sore red and hot but getting better everyday. It's been a week. I think it's just a reaction to the EO. If it gets worse over the next couple days get to a doc for some antibiotics.

im still sore from my shot of sust almost 6 days ago...like steeler said, keep an eye on it. if it doesnt go away after a week, try and get some antibiotics, augmenten works pretty good

I've been sore, like really f-ing sore for 10 days before. I start freaking out like I have some sort of horrible infection and I'm gonna need to get my limbs amputated and then it goes away. Honestly, if you have a bad infection you're gonna know for sure imo.

I don't think it would hurt.

I would hold off till you know its an infection to take the anit-biotic. Should go to the doctor tho if it does get worse.

Yeah it's happened to me before, I got a bruise from it once but it'll go away after like 5-7 days.

I used to take the shit for acne and i was thinking about doubling up the dosage. Im def going to give it another day or two. The problem is that its so hard for me to get even ONE day off of work a month and I work from daylight well into the night. I barely have time to get a good solid 2 hours at the gym a night and sleep...
