Delt shots

I just did a delt shot. When I asperated a very small amount of blood came back, then an air bubble. I assumed I was ok and in the muscle.

Should I have pulled out and restarted? I injected slow and did'nt taste anything, I'm just hoping I did'nt waste it.

Is this normal for a small bit of blood when you draw back?

I'm really paranoid of shooting into a vein, thats why all the questions.

most guys will tell you to take the needle out and try again. but if it is as you said that only a small amount of blood came out you might have just went through a vein and sucked some of the blood that came out. I don't think you should have a problem. in the future you probably want to completely withdraw and try again a few cms away.

should be fine
