Delt shot with EQ

My left shoulder has been bothering me for some time now and it looks like I am going to need surgery on it. I hurt it real bad this weekend in a fight. Has anyone ever had any success with EQ or Deca injections into the deltoid? I really want to avoid another surgery at all costs. What size needle would be recommended?

i put oil in my delts all the time bro. but i hate to break the news to you bro, injecting deca, eq or anything else in there isn't going to repair the problem my friend. Injecting deca in the delt muscle or your ass makes no difference, there isn't any site enhancement properties of the injection.

So if you need surgery i suggest you do NOT do any steroids as you will only make your muscles stronger, in turn damaging your joints/tendons even more. Get your body fixed then do the juice when you are healthy, it doesn't fix issues like that bro

Instead of injecting, just use an empty syringe to suck the problem out of your shoulder. Both will work equally well.
