delt keeps twitching after one shot last week

my right has been twitching more and more lately. this is starting to freak me out. its twitching every minute now and all i did was take one shot of fina last week. the shot was nothing special and everything went fine. should i be worried

Happens to me when I get allergy shots....

YO man I wouldnt' worry about it. Mine did that after a while after I ended Tren delt shots. It would twitch like crazy for about 5 mins straight and now it's gone after a week or two. I wouldn't sweat it......but if pain sets in then I would worry.

Mine twitch too...pretty common and nothing to worry about.

I'd recommend warm compress and light massage.
P.S.: Anxiety will cause it to twitch more so free yourself from worry.
