delt injections SUCK

thats a small gauge u shouldn't be having a problem. either way just dart it in bro real fast. don't stick it in slowly. that helps alot.
 
bro, you must be doing something wrong, i use delts more than any other part, easy and painless!
 
I use 23, they hurt less in delts then quads. But I have huge problems injecting the oil. Left delt is easy but right one is hard as hell. I do them standing that might be the problem. Gonna try and sit down this time.
 
whenever i do the winny V/ test suspension stack i always inject my delts... i love water base steroids!! most ppl say they hurt.. but for me?? no way compared to the pain i get from sust!!

Yes. Dart it in. I usually push slow when I do glute injections.. But with quad and delts, you've gotta just pop it in.
 
i use a 23g 1'' , never had a problem other than my last one i hit a vein and shot blood all over the place, no big deal though. i would reveiw my technique if i was you.
 
I like delts for injections...one of my favorite spots. Just sucks because I hit a vein every time I do an injection there.
 
The proper way to hit the delts is raise your arm to the side and feel for your highest peak, and inject in that spot. Works everytime, and you'll love the swelling that come afterwards.
 
thanks for the help i think i am just gonna get some 27 1/2 inches and do bi's....I hate shot but i am doing fina soon haha
 
I agree with gorrilla_boy. Put a little ice on it first. My friends tell me I'm a pussy when it comes to injections but then I listen to them bitch about the sting.

Hey-I may be a pussy when it comes to injections but at least they don't hurt.
 
i am a pussy on shots i use to have a phobia of needles and would cry like a girl but i got over it and am tryingto do fina...its a big step for me even if its nothing for alot of you

hey bro I agree with you 100%.. I have the same problem. I can't even pierce the skin cuz it hurts like a bitch. WEre both using out side shoulder above your arms not front delt right ?? I think it might be cause i am SO tense.. PT's have told me they have never felt any one so tight as me.

Go do quads.. they're my favorite.

Don't complain..I inject 1 1/2 CC of Prop into each Dealt yesterday and I'm feeling good today. Little pain but it's well worth it :) I love site injections

I love delt injections

Feelin tha pin goin deep into the shldr.. I do it in back of shldr.. Don't know about you .. I use 1 inch 23 g .. deep intrmuscular shot... I love it ..
 
i have plenty of people who would do nit but have never let anyone else do one of my shots i am afraid that they wont know if they hit something while putting it in myself i can go slow and stop if i hit something
 
its called a phobia my doctor even couldnt belive it i get sweats nervous shake and all it seems to run in my family I have gotten over it some but am still fighing it...the gym is nothing pain doesnt scare me needles do

I used to be the same way, Dude. Passed out when giving blood samples for fuck sakes. With each needle I give myself it becomes easier. Hell, I'm actually starting to look forward to them now. I do glutes/quads/delts/bis/tris now without a problem. It's amazing what you can overcome when you really want the end result.
 
I use a 22 guage and go very slowly, no problem here. It becomes an art to dart in on yourself with delt injections. I personally have yet to find the perfect solution so I just push it in and feel it enter the muscle. Then I squeeze, remove, a little oil follows the needle out, wipe with rubbing alcohol - VIOLA!
 
it seems threads like this come up all the time. ppl scared of injections and the taste of certain pills. i mean just suck it the fuck up. we are here for info on steriods but this is ridiculous
 
yeah dude, I have to agree with just about everyone else here. Do you want to get big or cry about a little pinch? Like I stated before...gear isn't for the weak bro. Then again I like pain, I like when my girl...woops nevermind about that :p :p :p

I always go slow when I inject...don't know why...but I do. I think I'm too scared if I just dart it in there it'll hurt. I just did my first shoulders inj today using 28G 5/8. Went smooth as hell. I like these new Terumo needles I just got. Yo mike if you see this, if you need them I got too many so I'll pass them over. I use 23G on my tri's and bi's. Feels fine. I can't wait until my NEXT cycle.
 
23g 1" work much better for me. I like delt injections. The 5/8" don't go in far enoiugh and juice leaks out.
