I was working on setting up a training program for myself and I received a free book in a protein powder order called GET THE PUMP, i decided to use the information in this publication to work out a training diary of sorts so the actually workout information i set up in my diary is from this publication so i need to give credit where credit is due. This publication can be downloaded for free via PDF file.
Anyway i built a spread sheet for my own personal diary which contains 3 tabs. The first tab is my training routine im following at present and the second tab is a set of blank sheets for someone to use to work out there own training protocol and the 3rd tab is an area i set up to modify my sheets as i see fit.
If you do not have Microsoft Office you can download the Excel viewer for free and can view and print the spread sheet but cannot modify it, that’s why i added the blank sheets under tab 2 so these can be printed and then you can write in the information you want. Get it here
