deiselbolan and beastdrol dosages

just got my 2 bottles. ive seen on this forum that ppl take 3 per day for best results but the bottle suggests 1 or 2 caps per day?? also on the deiselbolan it say for no more than 30 days but ppl are suggestin 6 weeks??? just need some clarification b4 i jump on it next month. also instead of taking 3 d-bolans wud u think mixing 1 beast n 2 d-bolan a day wud be more benifical or still safe?

even the d-bolan was tuff on ya after 3 weeks? everyone says thats the less harsh of the 2.
