I used to be very very strict with the diet....even on weekends.... no candy, processed food, fast food, etc etc etc (zzzZzzzZzzzzz)...drove everyone nuts (including myself)... however, I've met alot of guys over the past few years with kick-ass bodies and they admitted to having 1 if not 2 "cheat days" every week (usually the weekend)... so I've kinda adopted that routine.... eating as clean as possible during the weak, then having a breaded chicken cutlet instead of a grilled chicken breast on weekends *grin* (maybe throw in a butterfinger once in a while!)
