Is it true that you can significantly lower your testosterone levels by overtraining and if so, what is the remedy for this. Ive just started a pretty hardcore routine where i box 3-4 times a week at night and lift weights before that in the day about 4-5 times a week. Im only wondering about test levels because im not as horny anymore as I was before and I cant find anything else in my schedule that has changed besides the increased physical workload.
