I workout in periods of 8 weeks and then take one week off to get body used to doing nothing again. I have found I gain the most weight the first few weeks after deconditioning or whatever you want to call it (doing nothing) and i was wondering should I do this right before the cycle I am about to start (sust250 500 mg for 8 weeks) or would it not be a wise thing to do? I just figured taking the extra weight I gain in the first few weeks would just benefit me even more..?
