I don't want to go to puppy school tonight. We only have 3 weeks of this agility class left and I don't want to go anymore. It's not that the dog and I don't both enjoy it. I've just been at dog school 1-2 times a week since early March with only a couple of weeks off.

Would it be awful for me to just skip the last 3 weeks and take off until mid-winter? Opinions welcome. Gosh I'm lazy. lol

First dropping out next comes smoking crack in the alley.
 
if you need to take a nite off to relax go for it.. but dont drop out.. all the other puppies will make fun of yours forever!!!

Kill the dog, get a lynch, and teach it to bite people in the neck who wear white sports socks. I´m sure you could do that with enough punish and reward training.

Tigers and lions are simply too big and are protected.

I have limited amounts of agility equipment at home. Mostly we're just working on nosing targets at the end of teeters, a-frames, and dog walks to teach them to pause with 2 feet on 2 feet off. I can do that at home. We're also teaching them to watch our body language so they know which direction to run and also exercises to increase speed.

I think I'll skip and work on it at home tonight.

And Matt-- I have a dog not a bitch. I'm on a waitlist for a show quality bitch. But each litter of pups only has 2-3 pups and only 1 out of 3 pups is female. So it'll probably be a year or more to get a show quality bitch. ;)

When my choc lab graduated from his level 1 obedience class he ate the certificate within a week. He went on to pass the off leash training a few months later.

My rotti was booted from obedience class for lack of interest. He would lay down like all the other dogs, but then he would not get up no matter what I did. They finally gave me his certificate and said come back again if the dogs matures. He's still a lazy animal, once he's down, that's all she wrote.
 
I bought it for him. He can wear it when he's in the bike basket. lol

Is that better or worse than the jean jacket?
 
Clothes on dogs scare me. Molly, my dog in my avatar hates when her groomer puts those neckerchieves around her after she cuts her hair. As soon as we get home they have to come off.
 
Mine doesn't like clothes but you know what, I paid $800 for him and have at least a couple grand invested into him so if I want him to run around in a ballerina outfit he's going to do so and he's going to like it. lol

Thankfully he doesn't really mind. ;)
 
Gizmo is a HE and he's supposed to have hair like that. He's a papillon. That's his ear fringe. I comb it twice a day so it stays perfect. You never cut a papillons ear fringe. Though I had to cut 2 tiny mattes out once and I almost cried. He hates me. lol
