I'm pretty damn fat...got one of those damn tires that's blocking out the V-taper. I'm in ketosis now but I'm starting to get stomach pains, probably getting way too little fibre. I don't know if I should comprimise my digestive tract to lose weight
. Is it possible to lose FAT while bulking and just sticking to a 6-meal a day type diet? I'm 17 so I figure I have the right type and sufficient amounts of hormones to induce lipolysis. Think I should just cut on ketosis or just train through it and hope that all that fat disappears?...Also I don't wanna be wasting the precious time I have with elevated testosterone and somatotropin.
