Been goining natural for the past 3 years and it is what it is natural. Meaning eating/ sleeping right and cleansing your body correctly: green tea's/vitamins etc... The only other thing i could imagine testing my body with is different types of creatine (the new ones they come out with all the time with they're crazy mass gain claims) other than that i couldn't imagine taken a shitload of horse pills that may or may not work and may give you the same sides as the real shiz. Creatine works every time for me when i take it and load and i always see gains or changes in my body comp! then it dies down after the third week or so and just helps with recovery and maintaining muscle memory!
I think whey protein and multis are No. 1 if on a budget. Flaxseed oil and Glutamine powder have a tremendous effect on me for recovery. Summer's coming so I lay off the creatine.
I personally loved the 1-AD by ergopharm. Unfortunatly they took it off the shelves not to long ago. So Ive been buying them on ebay. For the most part they are over priced, but sometimes you can find a decent deal.
