My first cycle. I've been on Test E @ 250mg e4d. I've been gainin strength and hair in weird places lol. Even got sore nipples, which i will soon get rid of with AIFM since nolva aint doin shit for me. my question is, why the hell am i not gaining a single pound? no weight gain. none whatsoever. WTF?
 
I'm gonna go with diet... post up your diet, age, lifting history, height, weight, approx body fat.
 
oh i've been eating plenty clean, plenty plenty clean. I'm 18, almost 19 i weigh about 240, about 20% bf, height 6ft. I've always been considered as a strong fellow. i was always the strongest of my class, usually consisting of 20 kids. even though i was strong, i was obese. never worked out. had a lot of stamina for a fat kid, though. i topped out at 270lbs. ate junk food nonstop. a year and a half ago i went down to 220. that's when i started to change everything. i started to eat as healthy as possible, worked out 6 times a week, and went on a diet and scaled down to an all-time low of 184lbs. that was 1 year ago. now i weigh about 240, gained plenty of muscle, and decided to use aas because i seemed to have plateued in every exercise. or maybe i just didnt have the patience anymore. everybody says that i train real hard. i've set up my workout schedule for 5 days a week, work out all muscles twice a week, and give each muscle 3-4 days rest. what more can i do?
 
If you are eating clean and on AAS it is very possible you are not gaining weight because you are losing bodyfat and gaining muscle. You lose one pound of fat and gain one pound of muscle etc.
 
my diet's pretty boring. i eat a lot of oatmeal, yams, chicken, whole wheat spaghetti, whey protein powder (24grams protein, 3 grams carbs, 1 gram fat) , some milk here and there. sometimes brown rice, tuna, salmon and makerel. sweet peas. only eat simple carbs after a hard workout... that's about it. as far as i know those are all good and healthy. if not, please dont hesitate to tell me otherwise.

how far along are you into your cycle?
 
how long does it take for size to start building up when on test e?
 
trust me, if your shits good, your gaining size, but your a mirror rat like me and you don't see a damn thing cause your in the mirror. i didn't see anything from my test E and cyp cycle until i was 2 weeks done with a 10 weeker. then i was pumped up and had the wife take a pic and i looked at it and my jaw fucking dropped. i could not believe that it was like i couldn't see it until bam, i was like OOOOOOOOOOOOoomg.

if your getting stronger then it's working though, should have marked increase in libido, but possibly not. and they are correct, i did my first cycle, i weigh the same right now, but everyone says i look skinny now, and i didn't before, basically i cut lotta fat and put on lotta muscle, scale didn't change though, and if your saying 20 percent, which i am somwhere in that range, maybe less, then that's what's happening. as long as your training correctly also, and not just hard. if your not lifting up to as much as possible, and then doing forced reps, drop sets, super sets, negatives with much more than you could possibly do, then it's not correct. that's how you get bigger. and the diet too. your diet sounds pretty good, mine isn't that clean,

i eat for breakfast either 12 egg whites and 2-3 yolks with omega 3's and skim milk
or protein shake, whey protien isolate, and 2 packets flavored oatmeal

lunch is salad with no dressing and meat, or just meat and green tea

mid day another shake

pre workout, another shake,

post workout, another shaek or steak, or another round of eggs

before bed, pb n j sanwich on whole wheat with sugar free jelly and natural peanut butter, this helps with not waking up and eating. plus its' fucking delicious

Most likely your diet. When using testosterone I would suggest using an AI like arimidex to help prevent estro sides from ever appearing,,,such as your sore nips.
 
hmmm, how many cals u eating a day? U should diffenetly notice the test. Huge pumps and big strenght increase in gym?

I feel test E by week 3-4 and notice size in the following weeks.

shouldnt be "testing" at your age, u went from 184 to 240 in a year with plenty of muscle? I'd be quit happy with that.. but whats done is done. It also would have been more benefical to start test at 184 (assuming you were in your best shape) and clean bulk ramping up cals throughout cycle...then again not sure what your goals are
 
How much cardio are you doing? Have you noticed your weight has been "redistributed" at all (i.e-bigger arms, etc.)? It really doesn't make sense that your belly is getting bigger and your weight is the same. If you're working out hard and eating healthy you shouldn't have an increase on the waist line.
 
well yea, actually everything is getting bigger... i'm starting to think that my scale is broken

Well that would explain things. Try a different scale if you're serious that yours is broken
 
I am at that point right now. Weight has not significantly changed, by my body has. Trust the mirror and how your clothes fit, not the scale. BTW you are really to young to be using at 18 years old. Your test production is at it's max atm. Well not right now because you are shut down. Just my opinion.

18 years is waaayyyyy too young to start
 
As others have mentioned, you are probably having some recomposition happening: growing muscle, losing fat. At high BF levels it's common.

However, no matter how clean your diet, there's no getting away from calories in versus calories out. If you want your weight to climb then eat more, clean or otherwise, ideally clean. Try mixing your own shakes using milk, whey, fruit, powdered oats and 10ml of olive oil or EFAs. It's easy to mix up 800-1000 calories in a drink.
 
I barely made any gains on my first test only cycle. I still don't really gain much off test. I run test to keep sex drive up and balance out other gear I run.

Some guys react better off test than others.

And yes 18 is too young for gear.
 
ok, ok. i might be too young to be using right now. but there are so many guys on this board using gear that are my age or even younger... not that that's an excuse to use or anything... and as for my diet... i've been in a bulking stage for a year. i'm gonna start cutting when spring time rolls around. for the first week or two it might look like i lost 5 or 10 pounds due to water weight loss. it's not hard for me to lose weight when i'm focused

Id like to see a pic of this kid, his weight goes from 270 to 220 then 184 and back to 240 in what seems like a short space of time.
"IF" your really 6ft and 240 at 20% i wouldnt be bulking to much more.
 
so what! i'm overweight, big deal! i'm not skinny fat. not fat fat. just overweight... strong overweight... and six of my abs are visible. and my scale IS messed up. i dunno whats wrong with it. it shows one weight, and the gym scale shows another. what the hell can i do about that? and it's not bunk gear cuz i AM gaining weight and getting stronger. i now know that. the only thing i agree with you guys is that i'm too young to be using... i admit it was stupid of me, period. now that i got opinions i'm gonna wait a few years till my next cycle, IF i even have another one. peace
 
omfg. i went through this b4. i can see the outline of the six pack! me only guess as to why i can see them is that they're strong, exceptionally strong. they are VISIBLE! not ripped abs. and i would show you if i had a cam. what the hell else can i say?

i kinda did. i ran 250mg every 4th day. that opposed to 500mg a week isnt a big difference
