decca and d-bol cycle help

this will be my second cycle.. i am going to be running decca at 300mg a week and 30mg ed of d-bol.. how long at the begining of my cycle should i run the d-bol.. also my decca is 100mg should i split it up into 2 shots a week or just shoot 3cc once a week..
