Doing some research for a later cycle has anyone have exp using a low dose of deca with good results. Im looking into
Test E 250 a week
deca 200 a week

Personally, I think it's worth a shot...

I'm of the more isn't always better line of thinking...And you are still talking about over 400 /mg of gear..
 
Personaly Id try to go up to about 300mg worth of the Deca but with that said if your currently useing 200mg and are seeing results than why change it...
 
I'm on 600 test, 300 Deca and 300 winny. Things are going nicely. When the winny ends after 6 weeks I'll switch to 750 test and 450 Deca.
 
I saw good gains with 250mg test ew and I am actually considering your setup for my next cycle. 450mg ew will be more than enough for me to grow.

I say go for it. You can always bump the dosages in future cycles. Just make sure training and diet is spot on.

I recommend you go back to the thread you started yesterday where you asked the same questions but didn't get the answers you were looking for. Youre 5-10, 163lbs, 14%BF. YOU DON'T NEED STEROIDS!! Listen to what everyone is telling you! Reach youre natural potential first and learn about the different compounds you want to take when you finally reach the plateu that you can't overcome in your weight gain quest. You need to hit about 190lbs, low bf before you even think about juicin b/c obviously you are not doing something right; whatever that may be, not lifting hard enough, not dieting properly.
