I don't think there is any way to avoid it with that dossage of deca outside of diuretics...

If you are looking for minimal bloat then Eq would be a better choice then Deca. You will hold minimal water and get very hard, vsacular and strong. 400mg/week for 10-12 weeks would be a good dose.
