T3 has always made me loose strength until I added an extra 100 grams of protein over my normal 250 ed = 350 ed + a minimum of 300 grams test. I have run 700 ew test prop and 700 eq ew with my normal 250 protein and lost strength fast and my t3 was never over 100 mcg ed. 2 iu ed of hgh also.

test has given me estro probs in the nipps so I was thinking of trying just deca at 300 ew and maybe some t3. Fat loss is the major goal...but would like a little strength.
I am losing 2lbs ew now natty w a little albuteral.....but I have to be so anal about calories.
