deca with t3?

i have run test with t3 and still had to take extra 100grams of protien ed to help
from being to catabolic.

How is deca with t3? will it help avoid muscle loss like test?

goal is to drop fat?

yes, diet will be very good.
 
How much t3 were you taking and why were you taking it?

We need more info to properly evaluate this question. In what I believe you are saying, I don't know if Nandrolone is more or less anti-catabolic than testosterone. I really don't know if it matters.

How do you respond to Deca, some people bloat pretty bad on Deca so this will depend on how you react. As far as the T3 did you ramp? What was the dosages you took? I've taken T3 with Test and Deca..but when I've taken it just for the protien synthesis benefit of it .. it has been at 25mcgs...no ramping.

T3 has always made me loose strength until I added an extra 100 grams of protein over my normal 250 ed = 350 ed + a minimum of 300 grams test. I have run 700 ew test prop and 700 eq ew with my normal 250 protein and lost strength fast and my t3 was never over 100 mcg ed. 2 iu ed of hgh also.

I am 6ft 240 13% BF, 36 yr old

test has given me estro probs in the nipps so I was thinking of trying just deca at 300 ew and maybe some t3. Fat loss is the major goal...but would like a little strength.

I am losing 2lbs ew now natty w a little albuteral.....but I have to be so anal about calories.

just stick to that or add lipoflame--2 lbs a week is a good and sustainable loss rate.

At 13% BF and losing 2 lbs a week at your age is very impressive. I know for me it's so much harder to shed fat at that rate when I'm anywhere below 15% BF. If I lose any faster I always seem to lose mass at the same rate.
