Hi,

My next cycle is going to look like this:
Gear:
deca 400mg ew wk 1-8
test enth 300mg wk 1-8
winny 50mg ed wk 2-8

PCT stuff:
Milk thistle 1000mg ed
Cranberry extract 3 pills/day
HCG 500iu e5d wk 3-8, 3000iu ew wk 9-12
Nolva 20mg wk 9-12
Clomid 100mg ed wk 9-12
Arimidex .5 mg ed wk 4-12
Finasteride .2mg ed always and forever. ;)

What you think? K++ for comments (not ashamed to bribe!)
 
Oh yeah, 5'10 225 lbs. approx 13%BF Goal 250lbs.

Clean diet 300g protein ed from fish/chicken.
Low to zero sugar/fat--flax/fish oils for omega 3's.
100 g carbs ed--whole grain/oats.
Water only, except some cranberry juice to chase down the liquid ancillaries. bleh
 
Good basic cycle...some believe test should be higher than deca to keep up libido, but it's all depends on the person...you should run winny to week 10. And start nolva and clomid right after the last dose of winny. Arimidex should start at the very beginning of the cycle and ran through out cycle....

Jar, if your goal is to reach 250lbs, that diet is NOT going to get it done. 100 grams are good if you're going diet, not to add any serious size. You should be taking in at least, 3700-4000 calories a day minimum. Despite what anyone tells you. You NEED carbs to grow!!
 
ok so, i'll bump up the carbs to around 300? 400? I'm just brainwashed by the atkins fanboys i guess heh. I think it is important to add, i gain mass very easily. I have put on 50 lbs in the last year all natural.

30 yrs old
I have been lifting off and on for 7-8 years but the last three consistantely
5' 9"
198 lbs
Body fat 15- 18%??? (wild guess)
Good diet-chicken, fish, beef, veggies, eggs, plenty of whey protein (I will be taking in at least 400 gms/day
My goals are 8-12% bodyfat, gain 5-10 lbs muscle, bench increase from 295 to 315+, look good for the ladies, ability to keep gains
I am thinking 20-30 mgs of Var per day for 8-10 weeks. I will be taking creatine (as I assume since var is a phosphocreatine sort of thing it would be good) and NO2. I am thinking of adding EQ 200 mg/week (one shot/week as I've never done needles). When do I start what? I also have tennis elbow and its frustrating the hell out of me. I tried 3 weeks out of the gym and it came back. I've been told deca will help but I don't want the side effects for my first cycle. I've also been told EQ will help and I noticed sides are few for EQ. I'm so damn excited I feel like just starting but don't want to do it wrong or permanently injury my elbow. Can anyone help me?

We have similar stats. I am 5'11@ 225lbs. my bodyfat is around 10% i am trying to hit the 250lb mark but I want to get it slowly. So that my gains are quality;)

I have never tried eq/var so I can't really say much about them. You would probably have a better response if you started your own thread. ;)

You keep hijacking threads, you're going to piss people off.....start your own thread in the forum and you will get lots of help......
