deca, winny and goals

i just did a 8 wk cycle of deca 400mg/wk
and have 10 more shots of winny 50mg/ed for 20 shots

i have gained a solid 15-20lbs from about 197 to 217. this is my last cycle after doing only a couple mild cycles a year for the last 3 years. it is also the most i've ever weighed.

i was planning on gaining the weight i did gain and then cutting back down to 200lbs with a significantly lower bf%(currently at 8-10%). my last shot of deca was a couple of weeks ago, so that will be working for a little while and like i said before i still have 10 shots of winny to go.

Question:

should i start cutting now(which for means not eating everything in site and increasing reps during supersetts) while the juice is still flowing to allow max muscle retention OR

should i continue to eat my ass of in an attempt to gain more weight and cut when i feel the like the juice has left my system?

you mentioned you want to be at 200 w/ lower bf...I'd start cutting if I were you. The juice will hold the muscle, and you can always hit up some clen post cycle to continue the anti-catabolic effect.
 
would adding a low dose of t3 for a couple weeks help out???

what about clen(or should this be used later)?

I wouldn't touch T3...it seems like some scary shit to me, but theoretically it should shredd you up. The only thing is that from what I understand, it burns muscle and fat, so it must be takin w/ something that is anti-catabolic (hence juice).


what about clen(or should this be used later)?

Wait till you done w/ your cycle. Then hit up clen as the anti-catabolic effect from the juice wear's off.
