He said he's already run some small cycles. I figure if he's going to do it right, something like this would get the job done:
Week 1-4 Dbol 30mg
Week 1-8 Deca 300mg
Week 1-10 Test 500mg
Understandably deca does shut you down longer, hence the cessation 2 weeks prior to test. Deca stays active for over 3-4 weeks in my experiences, despite what the half-life would seem to claim.
