Deca users: advice please

At 15, you are still in the midst of puberty, which is already juicing your body pretty hardcore. If you eat right and lift hard, you will see massive gains without any juice at all. Most of the guys here would suggest that you wait until you are around 20 or 21 years old. Other guys still will tell you to wait until you are 30 or 35. But 15 is way too young. You will end up fucking up your body man. With all the hormones already raging through you, it won't take a fancy diet plan and fancy workout routine to see gains. Shit, when I was 15 I weighed in at 120lbs. I lifted pretty hard and by the time I was a senior I weighed ~180. That's 60lbs in three years. And the majority of this was mass, not fat.
 
thanks for all the help inm gonna wait about 3 -4 years to juice how many cal should i consume to gain good mass??
 
Even at 18 or 19 you have high test levels kid, no gear until 20 or 21 should be necessary unless you are lazy or stupid. If you build a killer foundation, like Arnold did by 18, then when you do juice, you will be a monster. If you screw up now, you will have liver failure, malignant hypertension with a stroke, etc, in other words, be a scrawny little palsied f*ck in a wheelchair at 30. If you gonna do it, do it right . . .
