Whats up. I'm planning on running a test400/deca cycle. Please tell me which one looks better, and why.
cycle 1:--------------------------------cycle 2:

wk1-800--------300 wk1-800---------600

wk3-400 ------ 300 wk3-400----------300
wk4-400--------300 wk4-400---------300

Basically, I want to know if it would be better to frontload the deca too, or save it, and run it two weeks past the test??If anyone could explain to me why or why not I would appreciate it.
