deca qv300 and bold qv200

i have been lifting about 5 years off and on i am 6,1 198 around 25%bf i am on 4th week of deca only i want to add some size i have equipose deca and winny just dnt want to waste it need to know how 2 work in the equipose and winny
 
Your bf is really high, and I think you should have waited until you know how to lower it naturally first. (AS will do you no good if you don't know how to eat properly...which at 25% bf I would venture to say that you don't know how to eat properly...)

Being that are already in your 4th week of deca only I would probably just continue on with that for a total of 10 weeks at ~400 mg/week, then use the winny for weeks 6-12 at 50 mg/day WITH a low calorie very high protein diet...
 
the gym i lift at has a electronic bf machine that u enter your hight and weight and hold it straight out and it caculates ur bf i think it is bs cuz i dnt think i have that much bf bn 6,1 198 . i dont eat perfect but i do eat high protien low carbs 4 about a year and a half i started at 228pds when i hit the gym hard now i am at 198 a year and half later and started my cycle to add some mass
