is 200mg e/w a good dose..or does that need to be bumped to 400?

if ur using it for joint purposes then its good, but if you want it to gain weight atleast 300-400mg/week

AIFM all the way thru. are all 3 okay to mix??? sust250,test e,deca...the deca is 200mg/ml and the test is 250mg/ml.. so.. i could mix 2 and just shoot the other another day in the week??

you could mix all 3 but if you have a choice just go with one or the other for the test (test e or sus). If you already have a mix of the test e and sus then its fine. Id even start with the sus (EOD to take advantage of the prop) to get your test levels up faster with the faster acting esters in it and then switch to the test e. OR if you have the choice just get all test e. No pain, single ester.

i had an option but wasnt real sure on a 50mg dbol capsule..... seemed kinda shadey and too complicatedddd
