Deca/Prop/Winny Cycle

Hey everyone,

I'm actually getting some input for a friend on his first cycle. He has done a bunch of research and has talked to some people, but I mentioned how helpful and knowledgable the people are on this board and he asked if I could get him some additional feedback. He's 6'3" 255lbs.

He's going to be doing Deca/Test-Prop/Winny. Feedback? Thanks....
 
I assume he is trying to get as little bloat as possible while at the same time trying to see gains within the end of the first week. The deca is a great idea because it will add some quality LBM while not adding too much water retention.

He should use at around 100mg of prop per day. He should also keep the Deca at a maximum of 300mg/week and the winny at 50mg every other day.

He will be very pleased with the results (if he eats and trains properly).
