deca or eq?

Neither, try winstrol, primo, var, tren, prop or any combination of the above. Deca will make you bloated with no dick movement and eq will make you hungry as a mofo. Both would be rather poor choices with the exception of eq/winstrol if you can handle/don't get eq hunger.
