it just depends on your def of bulking. guys seem to think adding 30 pounds of slop to their physique is bulking, to me that is just getting fat

Deca will give better gains but also more water retention

Deca you’ll retain water and EQ u probably won’t. Estrogen conversion with eq is light. Compared to deca
