Deca/Omna 1 cycle not much gains please help

Hello, after 1 years of training I started my first cycle on 2 February now on 4 week. dosage are relatively small 250ML OMNA and 200 DECA once a WEEK.

so far I have gained 12 LBS went from 87KG to 93KG. visually looking more bloated.

My problem is that ZERO strengths GAINS. I am very interested when I see increase in strength ? or is it still early ??

I try to train hard and have solid diet.

Please anyone tell me why I can not gain strength? is it normal on 4 week?

Stats:
Age:27
Height: 6.0
Weight: 205 lbs (before started cycle I was 190 LBS)
Around 15-17% BF
1 year years weights lifting.
Goal: bulk as much as possible gain lean mass and fat
Weight Training plan: 3 days on - one day off
Cardio plan : 2 hours cardio once a week
Diet: I try to consume 200-250 gram protein daily and much carbs 400-500 grams


How I started my first cycle:
as I said it was very low doses

1-3 WEEK: one time week: 250 OMNA and 100 DECA
Now on 4 week, I try to bump deca to 200 ML once a week.
so with 200ML weekly deca will be normal?

Any suggestion? does such low dose produce any good gains? This is my first cycle.


I started cycle on 2 February so far gained around 12 LBS looking fuller for sure and bigger, training style based on PUMP. so far ZERO strength gains. before I started course 1 MAX REP bench press was 209 does not matter now how I try I can not make more..... that worry me.

Deca is from genshilabs looks real deal.

Maybe following weeks more gains should come?

I start HCG and Nolvodex soon.

my worry is that there is no strength gains, :( in this 4 weeks there should be some increase strength?
 
You won't see much in the way of strength gains because your doses are quite low..

This is NOT me telling you to increase the doses this is just me answering you questions.

Nolva and hcg is not a very good pct so you need to do more work on that

regardless this is my first course, 250 OMNA and 200 deca will not produce strengths gains and much weight gain? anyone tried such low doses on first course?

now on week 4, is it possible to raise dose? is it good idea what do you suggest?
 
Personally I would stop using deca altogether and up the test to 500mg a week.. deca is a very complicated drug and can effect you in different ways to test.

Also if you get some bad side effects how do you know if it's test or deca causing them. You don't.

I hate to say it, but that was a piss poor combo for a first cycle, even if you had only a yr training experience you would have faired much better if you had built a solid foundation before starting.
I would drop the Deca at this point as it is a bitch to recover from, and up the test to 500mg (250) twice a week.

You are asking questions we can't answer because we dont know how you train and we dont know what you eat. None of that will matter, because you will lose it all when you come off with that shitty PCT you have. You NEVER run Nolva after using a nandrolone (Deca) unless you want titties

90% of the omnadren out there is fake, but it's possible your deca is real. Give and take situation. You did get some decent results but I'm wondering how much of that is bloat and fat gains vs. lean/hard muscle gains.

I will never use nolva.....

Omna is real for sure because I bought it from reputable company. There is no doubt about it. but dosage..... 250 ML once a week can give anything?
maybe from 5 week I increase OMNA to 500 per week and 250 Deca?

I am not feeling anything just small increase of labido.....

today 4 week is ending.... total cycle gain 12 LBS but zero strengths gain

I keep post updates....

starting from 5 week. I decide to take two injections 500ML OMNA once a week and 250 ML DECA, what do you think?
 
Ok, so you are 27, you are on roids, I am 41, and I am stronger than you, pound for pound. Dude. You need to get lots more years of training before you use drugs, if ever. Likely you are no where close to maximizing your strength naturally So I am using walmart creatine(BodyFortress) eating probably half the protein calories you eat a day and I am repping 265 for 4 on bench, lateral raises with 80 lb dbs for 12 reps, barbell rowing 295 for 8, repping 395 for 8 on deadlifts, 305 for 4 on ass to ground squats and this is natural(if you dont count walmart). Why the hell do you even bother with the drugs if nothing is happening? Seriously. Even if your strength is to go up, will you earn extra cash if you bench press 1000? This is just a reality check that you need to be patient. Perhaps you dont have enough type 2 fibers, and no amount of roids will ever change that. Be patient with what you have, otherwise impatience can lead to aggression that will help you destroy yourself. Dont do this. Give it time. Be certain that you have maximized all options before you are using drugs. I can only imagine what would happen if I did roids: 1)Id probably be in jail due to assaulting someone or roid rage, 2) I would have to go buy an extra 400 lbs(only got 400 lbs in the basement), 3)Id have to worry about growing tits. No thanks.
 
Are you doing an actual strength program? Relative strength training is a lot more complicated than hypertrophy training. First stop is good food and a strength program that works for you. We all respond different...even to the point where different rep/set schemes work better for different lifts on the same person. Yiu should know what works for your body type and have a lot of gains and experience before using gear. If you can add 5 kilos a month to your squat & bench press for a year...read up on strength training protocols

Based on weight, and what you're eating your'e only at 3000 calories, that's maintenance for not doing anything throughout the day.

Want to grow??? Eat more! Want more strength?? EAT!

Seriously bro, how many people do you need to hear tell you to DROP THE DECA!!!???

1. You shouldn't be taking steroids, because you don't have a solid base, and have not reached your genetic potential.

2. Your cycle sucked right from the beginning. You obviously had no idea what you were doing, or how the compounds would affect you, yet chose to run them anyway.

3. Your PCT sucks and you obviously did no research, being you had planned to run Nolva with a 19-Nor like Deca.

4. From how this mess of a cycle has played out, my guess is that your diet is not that great, and you're seeing bloat and water retention, and NOT true gains.

Stop asking the same questions, and trying to justify running Deca. DROP THE DECA, and just continue the Omnadren. Follow Rick's suggested PCT, and next time, do a hell of a lot MORE research!
