Deca for joints

Captain FT

What's a good weekly does for good joint lubrication with deca? My vials would be 300mg/ml I'm thinking 150mg per week. My joints have been aching lately.

I'm mainly asking because I want to know how low people have gone and still felt its effectiveness for joint lubrication. I guess I could start at 75mg/wk and see how I feel and adjust as needed, that just seems really low.

what happens when you come off ? exactly, the problem will be worse.

are you eating your omega's? are you taking fish oil? these are daily supplements/food you can eat everyday forever and not have to ever come off of. also drop your weights for a while.. usually joint issues are accompanied by tendonitis buildup, this is your body inflaming itself to speed recovery. so help it out here by easing off a bit. try going for the next 2 weeks half weight

I eat lots of fish, cook in coconut and red palm fruit oil. I'm mostly Paleo so my omega shouldn't be an issue. Taking a good multi as well.

I don't really go heavy any more bit the joints have been bugging me big time.

EDIT: I'm also taking MSM and joint support with condroitin and glucosamine sulfates

Most tend to use 200 for that purpose but i completely agree with steve... There are better options... Ostarine and tb-500 are excellent for this

Not cure, temporarily provide relief. I'm taking all of what you mentioned.

I've had multiple clients (and myself) literally cure knee and joint pains with the combination provided. You're taking everything I've mentioned daily? at what dosages and what brands?

you probably just need to de-load for a while.

I will de-load atleast 4X per year. its really helps avoid these nagging injuries

I'll agree, been thinking about this for awhile, probably need a month or so of this and just run some low HGH during that time for repair.

if you start getting inflammation in the joints then i would definately take that as a warning that you are over training and back off right away. don't do what my buddy does and start taking ibuprofen before the gym to shut off inflammation and murder his joints. not a good idea long term lol

in the past when i've suddenly increased strength or load i've gotten inflammation come on fast. so i'm assuming this is what happened with you as well.. so i've always backed off and its gone away.

honestly deca can cause more joint damage because then as you know during cycle you will pound harder and heavier and cause more trauma. this is a huge mistake guys do and why i tell newbs never go into cycle unless they are healthy

My bet would be potassium, how much are you getting a day?

Never bothered to calculate my daily potassium. Lets see:

I drink two of these during my workout - one during my hour of cardio and one during my hour of weights so that's 800mg - http://vegasport.com/product/electrolyte-hydrator/#

PWO - ill have a banana with my protein drink - average another 420mg.

I'll have 6-8oz grass fed beef along with yellow squash, zucchini squash, and a baby kale/spinach/red chard mix an hour after PWO - the beef alone is another 500-600mg

The next three meals are virtually the same as above except I do a mix of 1lbs of organic ground turkey with 1/2lbs of organic chicken livers (I use a hand crank meat grinder to combine them) and 4-5 strips of organic nitrite/nitrate free bacon (ground as well) and divide that into three meals with more squashes and salad mix - the meat/ liver combo is roughly 1000mg potassium - www.ebfarm.com/products/salads/deep-green-blends

Last meal of the day is usually 6-8oz salmon or tilapia with more fucking salad mix :) - 600-900mg potassium in the salmon and virtually the same in tilapia(surprised to see that actually when I looked it up).

My daily multi is VPX Medivin doesn't have much in the way of potassium.

*shrug* I think my potassium is ok.

You sure Led? That seems more like an on cycle dose vs a minimal dose strictly for joint support.

Anything under 300 mgs a week won't really help your joints. Then again, I'm speaking out of my experience. Everyone is different, so you do a little case study by starting out at a low dose and if that don't help up the dose.

My guess was based on the fact you stated "I'm all Paleo so my omega shouldn't be an issue. Taking a good multi as well.".

Paleo diet is very restrictive when it comes to potassium sources but due to your supplementation and fish intake you are correct, its likely not your issue.

I'm not hard core Paleo and I don't crossfit either so don't paint me in that light brah, lol. My wife got me a t-shirt a few weeks ago and I loved it. It says "100% Paleo, 80% of the Time!" Fucking died laughing when I opened it up cause it's so me.

I'll try 150mg/wk and adjust as needed. You're a tad bigger than me led so you might require more :).

I'm 5'10" and fluctuating between 220-225 depending on food/sodium/water intake for the day.

Im not painting you in any light, just stating the facts. Paleo diets work great for many people, im not passing judgement. Just stating that due to lack of dairy and so many fruits as well as other stuff like potatoes the diet has limited sources of potassium. Your high fish intake, daily banana and vegasport really fill in some gaps for you.

You got nice stats. Actually bro, imo that's how roids should be dosed, period. Start out low then up the dose accordingly to how you feel and look. You are on the right track, bro.

I know you weren't I was joking. First thing people say when they ask me about my diet and I tell them its mostly Paleo, the next thing out of their mouths is "oh do you do crossfit?" It's like the two are always supposed to go hand in hand.

Actually I happen to like crossfit, when under the eye of a watchful coach. Crossfit HQ has kinda gone off the reservation so to speak and there are certainly some whackoes in the bunch. For general fitness and weightloss its based on some very sound theories and principles and works extremely well.

The bad things happen when people are allowed to use too much weight, let form slide and try and use Oly movements in WOD's when they have no place doing the lift at all, but that all comes down to the coach who allows it.

Never done it, looks interesting and like you said the concepts are great. I can't justify $120-$140 per month for a membership though, that's just crazy.

crossfit is insane. watch it on ESPN sometime. you would need a tremendous amount of conditioning, strength and everything else to survive what they go through in such a short amount of time. the best part about crossfit is the rules are lax.. no dress codes. throw that shit down without having some skinny manager come running at you bitching.

Oh I have, nothing but tight lululemon box shots from the camera man on ESPN3 - I've only watched the women.

Oh I agree I'd love to train crossfit and run about 750mg test 600 of deca and EQ for about 16 weeks with 6-8iu's of HGH and see what happens. I'd probably blow the minds of every crossfit instructor at the facility with "how fast I responded". I'd at least be going in bigger than the average crossfitter in my area driving their range rovers and S550's...oh yeah it's the trendy thing to do in upper middle-class suburbia lol.

Unfortunately on that stack you wouldnt do very well. Your endurance would be in the toilet.
