I wouldn't just stop, I'd get some test as soon as I could tho and continue on... And this will sound like a broken record but run the test for 2 weeks after u stop the deca... That would make recovery easier than stopping right now and going into pct and deft get better results... But u did mess up, could of been alot better for you had u started ur cycle right.

^^^ yes you should def run test 2 weeks longer than deca as deca ester is 5 weeks or more and test is 2-3 weeks. however continueing with test is not gonna get his deca out of his system any faster which is why he needs to stop the deca now, the sooner he stops injecting the sooner it will be out of his system.

If you get Donstinex right now you will be fine. Really 250 mg for me is not all that much. But bro you really need to get the Dostinex or you could be in for some trouble. And of course get some test asap too,

everything is fine now.. when he comes off it will be hell.. the longer he keeps running it with no hcg or caber.. the worst recovery will be. i guarantee his estrogen and prolactin levels will be sky high making it very difficult for his test levels to rebound.

hence he should stop now before he makes things worse for him.

when you run deca you need to know what you are doing, or it will be the worst recovery ever. his nuts are gonna be raisins soon with no hcg

deca is one of the most awesome AAS out there for pure strength and mass, however its not for inexperienced users or guys who don't know how to pct or how to use hcg. and also gyno is a real danger as well. i've run 2 deca cycles myself and boy did i get some sick results and when you are on you will feel great, however recovery was hell. and i have no desire to ever touch the stuff again. i think something like primo, var, masteron is much more of a better choice and you will get equal results over time using them over deca, but people have little patience these days so they continue to use deca which IMO is an outdated AAS.

i don't understand the confusion i read on these boards of guys who don't understand the difference between sides and recovery. deca actually has little sides while on compared to many other AAS. you will get gyno concerns and you can get high bp from the water weight if you do not run an AI.. and unlike tren or maybe eq you will feel like a million bucks when you are on, however since the esters stick around a LONG time its gonna make it hard to recover from. <<this right here is why deca should be avoided except for very experienced users.

Ya i understand everything u posted but if he stops now the recovery will be worse than if he continues and starts using test, caber and hcg....
Matter fact if he continues and picks up with all the above he will most likely have a way better recovery imo...

Unless theres somthing im missing or not understanding please let me know.

^^^he should stop the deca. and get on PCT immediately. the esters won't even clear for another 3-6 weeks . i would run hcg at 1000iu's every 3-4 days for the next 4 weeks. and also stack it with a bottle of hcgenerate. also he should grab some caber and run it as well to knock down his prolactin. should cover all bases.

i think what you are missing is the fact that deca stays in the system for a long time.. so if he continues to run it that is that much more time for the esters to clear out. his nuts won't start functioning properly until the deca is out of his system. there are posters on here who have said it took them 3, 4. or even 6 months to recover from deca.

running test is just gonna suppress him further and help raise estradial and keep LH at 0.

in the future if he wants to run deca he should run it the right way. so its best to just stop now before he makes further damage IMHO

Steve??? But why stop deca now, what exactly is the problem? Yes it wont clear for 3-6 weeks after the last injection so it makes sence to continue on and ad test and then after the last injection it will clear 1-2 weeks right? Is it me not getting somthing here?

^^^LOL ... bro i get what you are saying. but the fact that he isn't on hcg or caber and wants to use proviron for his PCT, scares me... otherwise i would tell him to just continue the cycle.

test is suppressive too, just as suppressive as any other AAS or more. so going on test and continueing the deca will just further make recovery tougher UNLESS he gets on hcg and caber NOW and i do mean now. thankfuly he has only been running 200mg per week of deca. i've seen guys who run 600mg post on here. I think if he gets on pct and just abandons the cycle he will get away okay. trust me i've gotten so many PM's from guys who have been off deca for 6 months and still not recovered, i would really hate to see someone inexperienced continue on a cycle without knowing how to pct.
